Job Description

. To develop a fundraising strategy that is aligned and can sustain our ambitions as an organization.

2. To lead the execution of the fundraising strategy.

3. Coordinating with Angel Investors / Private Equity Investors for fund raising.

4. Should look after pre & post funding documentation process, investor relationship, etc.

Skills and Knowledge:

1. Should have passed out their full time MBA s (Marketing / Finance) from reputed Top Tier Institutes.

2. Should have worked for at least 3 startups and have complete knowledge of Fund raising with Angel Investor.

3. Skills: Fundraising, Venture Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, Financial Modeling.

4. Should be capable of preparing a presentation required for completing the funding process.

5. Should have command over communication with confidence.

6. Should be target oriented.
