Job Description

To develop and manage the companys international business for Water Treatment Chemicals.
To identify and establish new export markets, customers, and distribution networks across key geographies.
To drive revenue growth through strategic business development and long-term partnerships.
To ensure compliance with export, logistics, and environmental regulations of respective countries.
To contribute to the company’s strategic goals by expanding its presence in the global water treatment chemicals market.
Identify new business opportunities in international markets for Waste Water Treatment Chemicals (coagulants, flocculants, defoamers, antiscalants, etc.)
Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve volume and profitability targets.
Build and manage relationships with customers, distributors/Channel Partners across target regions.
Conduct technical and commercial discussions with clients to position company products effectively.
Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA/QC, R&D, Logistics, and Finance) for timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to international documentation, shipping, and export control norms.
Monitor global market trends, pricing, environmental standards, and competition landscape.
Identify new product development needs based on customer feedback and regional water treatment challenges.
Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual meetings to promote brand and products.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and MIS updates for management review.
