< p> Job title: < strong> Corporate Communications and PR Manager< /strong> < /p> < p> Department: Digital Marketing- Designing team< /p> < p> Location: Goregaon, West< /p> < p> Shift timings: 10 am to 7 pm< /p> < p> The Corporate Communications and Public Relations Manager will provide communications leadership to support the expansion and growth of Crimson Interactive globally. This individual will effectively articulate the narrative and take a strategic approach to reputation management and stakeholder engagement.< /p> < p> < strong> Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:< /strong> < /p> < p> Create a long-term, forward-looking communications strategy that aligns with and helps drive the overall business priorities, reputation and brand positioning of the organization.< /p> < p> Collaborate and partner with internal business leaders to understand priorities and advise on communications internally and externally.< /p> < p> Manage external relationships including those with media and other influencers key to the advancement of the business.< /p> < p> Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team; provide and manage content for media and external events for the leadership team.< /p> < p> Provides comprehensive advice to the organization on all aspects of issues/crisis communications and assists in setting strategic direction.< /p> < p> Develops local communication strategies and concepts (including those for CSR communications) based on company s business requirements and global communication strategy< /p> < p> Translates Corporate business topics into messages relevant to target audiences< /p> < p> Monitor results and evaluate the impact of PR initiatives< /p> < p> Providing insights to management to improve the process, and expanding customer base in new geographies< /p> < p> Review and write press releases< /p> < p> < strong> Pre-requisites/critical characteristics and skills required:< /strong> < /p> < ul> < li> Minimum of 7 years of related professional experience in positions of responsibility in major corporations< /li> < li> Graduate/ Post Graduate in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.< /li> < li> Excellent written and verbal communication skills< /li> < li> Strong in relationship building with relevant external and internal stakeholder groups< /li> < li> Expertise in translating business goals into impactful strategies and their implementation< /li> < li> A comprehensive understanding of traditional/digital media and significant experience determining the appropriate media mix< /li> < /ul> < p> < strong> Selection process:< /strong> < /p> < p> HR interview< br/> Managers interview< br/> Assignment/test< br/> Final interview< /p>
