1. Global Brand Positioning: Position Karkinos as the foundational "operating system" for cancer care globally. You architect narratives where our data insights serve as the essential

standard in the precision medicine domain.

2. Independent Content Creation: You own the full lifecycle of brand and scientific storytelling. You translate complex clinical information and data into high-quality, stakeholder-relevant

content using contemporary formats without needing external creative support.

3. Organic Velocity & Social Influence: You execute an ambitious social media strategy to dominate the oncology and genomics narrative. You use smart, bold tactics to trigger organic

reach and turn clinical milestones into industry benchmarks. You treat social platforms as a real-time engine to win mindshare and build an active community through high-frequency, high-impact engagement.

4. Growth & Performance Engine: You build and manage global B2B and hyper-local B2C digital funnels to drive high-value genomic screenings and clinical partnerships, optimising revenue- to-spend ratio and drive exponential volume scale up.

5. AI-Agentic Automation: Deploy AI-native systems to automate 80% of repetitive marketing tasks, secure 10x productivityfocusing 100% of your energy on high-value strategic

influence and narrative design.

6. Plug-and-Play: You connect the dots across clinical, technical, and business domains. You use

logical inference and simple, modern analogies to turn complex data into intuitive stories that

any audience segment understands immediately.

Preferred candidate profile

An individual with 4 to 6 years of experience as a creator-marketer or in a broad marketing

communications role, with a proven track record of hands-on executing integrated strategies

independently. Preferred sectors include healthcare, biotech, health-tech or pharmaceutical

industries where they have successfully translated complex science into market demand.
