Job Description Management Trainee Role & responsibilities

Location: Andheri, Mumbai, India Qualification MBA IT / BSC IT / MMS IT Experience 0 to 1 year (Freshers are eligible to apply) Job Responsibilities Work alongside managers and accept delegated responsibilities with the goal of eventually becoming a manager. Prepare project plan schedules in consultation with management. Update project milestones and activities based on timelines in coordination with the project team. Prepare weekly project status reports based on team inputs. Work with management and development teams to understand business processes. Assist managers in planning and directing organizational work. Support policy implementation and evaluate work output. Attend classroom training, lectures, guest sessions, presentations, and assessments. Gain exposure by working across departments such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and HR. Handle assigned accounts to gain business familiarity. Adhere to formal training program guidelines and attend periodic evaluations. Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training of employees. Analyze sales, gross profit, inventory, and business reports. Identify trends and recommend proactive or corrective actions. Monitor market activity and competitive products and pricing. Assist management in protecting company assets and profitability. Provide administrative support including documentation and data entry. Participate in strategic planning initiatives. Assist in performance evaluation and reporting. Track business revenue and research ways to improve profitability and reduce risk. Prepare and deliver presentations as required.
