Role & responsibilities
Senior Engineer - Maintenance (Electrical)
- To ensure that production lines, plant equipments are maintained in good working condition
- Planning of maintenance job Daily / Monthly / yearly
- Preventive Maintenance Activities
- Spare Parts Management
- Installation and commissioning of new equipments
- Utility maintenance
- Statutory compliance as per MPCB, MSEB, TMC
- Data analysis like break down analysis, machine uptime, energy conservation analysis, etc
- Attending to the safety requirements of the plant
- Energy conservation
- TPM - PM Pillar
- Reviewing the performance of subordinates and identifying their training needs
