• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems

• Diploma/ Degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum 3 yrs experience in high mix manufacturing environment.


• Great Team Player with affinity for self-development and learning


• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills


• Comfortable with use of ERP and SAP Modules


• Experience of FMEA, Kaizen and Poka Yoke techniques

• Ensure Compliance with ISO Standards


• Maintain, Update and Improve the Quality Management System Regularly


• Ensure implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control Procedures in the factory at all times


• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of all products


• Conduct Regular Trainings to create quality awareness and ascertain maximum production yields


• Conduct Internal Audits


• Conduct Regular supplier audits

• Plan regular calibration and maintenance of all machines to avoid down times

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 2-3 yrs experience in high mix manufacturing environment.
