Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate packing machines (weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, coding).
Set up machines for different products/SKUs as per production plan and achieve the production target
Monitor packing line for correct weights, sealing quality, and labeling accuracy.
Perform routine machine checks and basic and preventive maintenance.
Report breakdowns or abnormalities to the maintenance team immediately.
Ensure hygiene & safety standards during operations.
Record daily production, downtime, and wastage details.
Support quality team during in-process checks and audits
Manage a team of 5-6 team members and allocate the work as per their skill and ability, plan their continuous training and upgrade.

Industry: Preferably from FMCG, Bakery, Dairy, Grocery or any Food Industry

Qualification: ITI(Mechanical, Electrician, Fitter, Welder, Mechanist and Electrical)

Key Skills: Knowledge of machinery . safety protocols, problem solving and go getter

Age: Up to 29 years
