Technical Consultant Modern Workplace Copilot Specialist

Experience 812 years of overall IT experience with handson experience in Microsoft Modern Work Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement and adoption The role provides technical execution and userfacing support across Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace workloads with practical experience in Copilot usage and Copilot Studio working closely with a Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities Standard

Support design and adoption activities across Microsoft Modern work

Deliver Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement training and handson adoption support

Configure and build Copilot Studio agents and connectors under architectural guidance

Develop and maintain reusable Copilot assets prompt libraries and usage guidelines

Contribute to solution documentation bestpractice guidance and knowledge assets

Support governance security and enterprisestandards alignment in delivered solutions

Stay current with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Modern Workplace capabilities

Required Skills Expertise Must Have

Working knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace workloads

Handson experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and exposure to Copilot Studio agents connectors prompts

Practical problemsolving to translate user needs into effective Copilot usage

Good communication and userenablement skills comfortable running training and working sessions

Good to Have

Exposure to Microsoft Graph REST APIs or Power Platform

Basic understanding of M365 security compliance and governance

Microsoft 365 administration experience

Relevant Microsoft certifications in Modern Work or Copilot

Collaborative team player willingness to learn and show how Copilot delivers their required outputs

Embed prioritized highimpact use cases into daytoday business workflows

Provide continuity and backup within the twoperson team ensuring no single point of failure
