Experience- 3-6 years of experience in Retail Loss Prevention, Asset Protection, or Store Audit

Qualifications- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management

Responsibilities-

Monitor inventory movements, conduct stock audits, and investigate inventory variances to minimize shrinkage.
Conduct store surveillance and investigate theft, fraud, and operational non-compliance.
Perform store process audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and recommend control improvements.
Prepare investigation reports and coordinate with HR and management on corrective actions.
Collaborate with store operations, warehouse, finance, and audit teams to strengthen asset protection initiatives.
