Role: Project Manager

Experience: 10to12 Years (for Petrochemical & Refinery Projects)

Key Responsibilities

Establish project timelines, including Master Schedule, Monthly Plans, and Weekly Activity Plans.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and monitor overall project progress against planned schedules.
Prepare periodic project progress review reports.
Present project progress reports and updates to clients.
Delegate tasks and monitor the performance of junior team members.
Monitor and review all construction activities while providing necessary technical inputs.
Ensure proper activity sequencing and effective coordination with contractors, consultants, and other agencies.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project execution standards.

Eligibility & Requirements

B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 10to12 years of experience in Petrochemical and Refinery Projects.
Experience in EPC construction/execution of petrochemical plants, refinery units, oil & gas facilities, or allied industrial projects will be preferred.
Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Construction Management will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
