Job Description
- Lead major incident management and root cause analysis activities to ensure timely resolution.
- Drive service delivery, SLA/KPI adherence, and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle Linux server administration, patching, and vulnerability management to maintain system security.
- Support VMware, OpenStack, OCP, and Kubernetes environments for seamless operations.
- Prepare SOPs, KBs, HLD/LLD, and technical documentation to document processes and procedures.
- Participate in transition, KT, and customer engagement activities to ensure smooth handovers and effective communication.
Job Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and customer management skills are essential for resolving complex issues and managing customer expectations.
- Experience handling enterprise/global support environments is required, demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, ownership, and problem-solving mindset are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts is expected, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- RHCSA/RHCE Certification or ITIL Certification is preferred, indicating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Experience with HPE Infrastructure & Enterprise Support is desirable, showcasing knowledge of industry-leading technologies and best practices.
