Job Description
- Should have worked on high rise residential building within Mumbai suburbs / city up to 70M or 23 floors.
- Should be able to prepare GFC drawing such as setting out plan, centre line plan, all floor plans, section, elevation, details of lift lobby staircase, kitchen, toilet, electrical layout, furniture layout, open footings, retaining walls raft, S.T.P., pump room car pit, rain water harvesting, piling etc.
- Co-ordinate with liaisoning architectural team.
- Preparing area statement like MOFA carpet area, RERA carpet area, BUA etc.
- Visiting the site for checking as per approval.
- Numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents of projects.
- Superimpose plan MR.CTS survey DP.
- For CFO approval drawing co-ordinate with liaisoning architectural team.
- Preparation of layout for residential buildings (DCPR 2034).
- Preparation of MCGM SRA approval drawings (DCPR 2034).
