Job Profile / Key Responsibilities :

Handle all corporate legal matters for the organization and group companies.
Draft, review, negotiate, and vet various agreements including:

Manage and support legal documentation related to international markets including Europe, Africa, LATAM, SEA, CIS, and MENA regions.
Provide legal support to Corporate, Manufacturing Plants, R&D, International Business, HR, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws related to:

Coordinate with external legal counsels, international consultants, and government authorities.
Handle litigation matters, legal notices, dispute management, and arbitration cases.
Support management during mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic business transactions.
Ensure proper documentation and legal risk mitigation across all business functions.
Advise management on legal implications and compliance-related matters.
Maintain legal MIS, contract database, and statutory legal records.
