Job Description
1. Advising the new amendments and standards
2. Overseeing client and vendor contracts
3. Conducting legal research
4. Drafting letters, documents, and contracts
5. Providing arbitration, litigation, and mediation support
6. Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes
7. Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses
8. Providing commercially sensible and costeffective legal advice for contracts to the management
9. Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters
10. Providing advice on legal matters
11. Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents
12. Reviewing legal material
13. Formulating formalities regarding settlements of disputes
14. Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses
15.Company Compliance like Minister of Corporate affair, Registrar of Companies and other annual Compliance
16.Knowledge of Intellectual Property Trade Mark Search, Trade Mark Filling and other IP Related Work
Other requirements:
1. Thorough knowledge of corporate laws/ Intellectual Property
2. Bachelors degree in law
3. Experience in the law field / Fresher
4. Strong analytical and research skills
5. Effective interpersonal and communication skills
6.Should know MS Office
