Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assess training needs by conducting surveys, interviews, and reviewing performance data to identify skill gaps and performance issues.
Create and implement effective learning programs (in-person, virtual) that meet the developmental needs of employees at all levels.
Lead and facilitate engaging training sessions and workshops for employees, ensuring that learning outcomes are clear and achievable.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, tests, surveys, and performance metrics. Use insights to continuously improve and adjust content.
Provide coaching and support to employees in their learning journeys. Guide them to resources that align with their career and development goals.
Partner with leadership, HR, and department heads to align training programs with organizational goals, priorities, and initiatives.
Foster an environment of continuous learning by sharing best practices, success stories, and resources across the organization.
Track and report on training progress, completion rates, and effectiveness to key stakeholders. Provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of focused experience in Learning & Development or Training.
Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training methodologies.
Experience in creating and facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively in developing learning programs.
