Role & responsibilities
- Create cutting-edge learning programs
- Drive excellence in onboarding & career progression
- Develop engaging e-learning strategies
- Advocate for a culture of learning & collaboration
- Track success through metrics & dashboards
- Facilitate impactful training sessions
- Promote and drive the culture of Learning on the Go
- Drive excellence in onboarding, continually looking to support regional/central new hires and managers and ensure the onboarding experience is enhanced.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 5+ years
- Great at communication, Active listener, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Proven work experience as a training specialist
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
