Job Description

Relationship Manager (RM) Commercial Credit Cards

Support Regional Heads (RHs) and coverage teams in deal closure, onboarding, client activation, and spend growth. Responsible for execution support including onboarding, client training, and driving spend activation

Key Responsibilities

Assist Regional Heads and Coverage Teams in completing deal documentation and onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end client onboarding processes
Train clients on the corporate card portal and related digital tools
Track card usage and proactively drive spend enhancement
Act as the primary point of contact for clients post-onboarding
