Job Description
- Taking charge of the smooth functioning of virology and molecular biology departments, including general administration, discipline, documentation, purchase, infrastructure, etc.
- Managing assays in areas of anti-virus studies, cell biology, and bacteriophages as per the standard or lab-designed methods with required documentation and lead the same towards relevant accreditations.
- Enhance molecular biology studies in the laboratory, using the latest tools for metagenomic & microbiome-based studies.
- Developing, applying, and managing new research projects (both industry & government funding) from design and analysis to presentation and communication of findings, effectively using quantitative and qualitative resources
- Amplify the impact of BRC through sharing research outcomes and accomplishments in scientific journals, social media, and other relevant platforms
- Take overall responsibility for virology and other research areas as a cost center, both, with regard to revenue & all related expenses.
