The Opportunity

The majority of our work involves designing physician education programs and medical communication solutions for pharmaceutical companies, working closely with leading Indian and international faculty.

You will work directly with the leadership team to:

• Design innovative physician education programs
• Develop high-quality medical content
• Create compelling medical proposals and educational concepts
• Build new educational intellectual property
• Help shape the future of AI-enabled physician education

Key Responsibilities:

1. Physician Education & Medical Content

• Lead medical content strategy across Centrix programs and digital platforms.
• Develop and review high-quality educational content for physicians.
• Ensure content is evidence-based and aligned with current international guidelines.
• Maintain editorial quality and scientific consistency across projects.

2. Medical Education Program Design

Design and develop:

• Physician education programs
• CME initiatives
• Advisory boards
• International expert meetings
• Certification courses
• Therapy-area educational modules
• Case-based learning programs

Work closely with leading national and international faculty to create engaging educational experiences.

3. Medical & Commercial Proposal Development

• Develop compelling medical proposals, concept notes and client presentations.
• Design innovative educational solutions for pharmaceutical companies.
• Build scalable educational formats and new intellectual property.
• Support business teams with scientifically robust and commercially compelling proposals.

4. Digital Learning Platforms

Lead medical content development for:

• MedApt Physician Education Platform

Collaborate with technology teams to structure medical content for digital learning and AI applications.

5. Team Development

• Mentor and guide the medical content team.
• Establish editorial standards and quality benchmarks.
• Build efficient content development and review processes.

Ideal Candidate

Education

MBBS, MD, PharmD, MPharm or Life Sciences

Experience

• 8-12 years of experience in medical communications, physician education, medical affairs content or healthcare professional (HCP) education.
• Strong experience writing for physicians, not patients.
• Experience developing educational programs and medical communication solutions for pharmaceutical companies.
• Excellent medical writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and international clinical guidelines.
• Experience working with KOLs, medical societies and cross-functional teams.
