Job Description
Job Summary:
- Oversee and manage the FP&A functions.
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate financial recommendations.
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
- Present financial findings to senior management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Finance, Planning, and Analytics (FP&A) functions.
- Create and maintain financial models to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze financial reports and provide insights to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review financial performance and forecasts.
- Present financial findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Proven work experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial planning software.
