Key Focus Areas:

To drivedata-driven strategy, solving business problems using data decisionscience

Be activelyinvolved in taking key decisions for the company, charting out how we play inthe competitive landscape.

To Chalk outAnalytical solutions and strutured approach, to solve complex business problems

To identifyfriction points for the customers, and producing innovative ideas/solutions

To Analyzecompanys customers data (1st party), and Partners (leading e-commerce / fintech / healthtech / lending companies) customers (2nd party) data, to deriveinsights actionables to steer business.

To Developstatisitcal/predictive/ ML model, if required, to solve the business problem

To nurture andmentor, the team of senior data analysts and data scientists

Qualifications Competencies:

A problem solver at heart,first-principles thinker, enjoy challenging status quo, coming up withnon-traditional solutions to traditional problems, love numbers, are married totechnology and have a bias for action.

4-6years of hands-on and strong experience in Advanced Analytics, Data Science,and Predictive Modeling/ML/AI

Proficiencyin statistical data analysis and modeling tools such as SQL, Python andrespective libraries

Goodknowledge of statistics and predictive modeling concepts

Experiencein Amazon Web Services (Lamda, SNS, SQS, RDS, EC2, KMS, etc.) environment,Sagemaker and QuickSight preferred

Insurance,other banking/financial industry, FinTech, HealhTech experience preferred

Understanding of Credit Risk Assessment, alternaterisk scoring, credit profiling segmentation, dynamic pricing model basedon risk profile, fraud prevention preferred.

MinimumBachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology / Statistics
