Lead - Content Technologies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage content build, updates, publishing, and QA workflows.
Oversee course and lesson development in Brightspot CMS and publishing to Canvas LMS.
Review deliverables, conduct quality checks, and ensure adherence to project standards and timelines.
Monitor JIRA tasks, project trackers, and publishing progress.
Support vendor onboarding, training, and issue resolution.
Escalate risks, blockers, and quality concerns to project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project scope, workflows, and delivery requirements.

Key Requirements:

Experience with Canvas LMS and Brightspot CMS Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
Experience with content publishing and QA workflows
Proficiency in JIRA, Google Sheets, and collaboration tools
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and timelines
