Role: Lead – Audit & Compliance

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

• Ensure timely monthly closure of accounts in compliance with Ind AS, including accounting for borrowings, investments, and related entries.
• Manage lease accounting as per Ind AS standards.
• Preparation of subsidiary financial statements and disclosures in line with Ind AS requirements.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and general ledger scrutiny to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting processes.
• Supervise and review vendor reconciliation activities to maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate and ensure timely completion of Statutory and Internal Audits.
• Provide necessary details and reports for regulatory submissions to various exchanges.
• Maintain basic working knowledge of Oracle Fusion for accounting operations.

Who you are

• CA/ MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of experience.
