Job Description
Role Summary:
The role of Lead - Account and Finance is related to Expense Provisions, book closure and statutory Audit.
Job Responsibilities:
- To account for relevant bank transactions as per bank statements or as per various inputs from respective stakeholders or transaction owners.
- Preparation of bank reconciliations regularly within due to and publish to various stakeholders.
- To publish and supervise bank open items on regular basis.
- To highlight and escalate any material transaction, open item, old age non-resolving open items.
- To proactively coordinate with OPS, Collection etc. to resolve the open items on regular basis.
- To avail and monitor various banking rights for team members as per Company policy.
- To prepare and maintain a process note of tasks performed by.
- To identify and assist in implementation of any system requirements, process improvements.
- To assist in various statutory audits and team leads on need basis.
