Job Description

Security Operations

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors, and guests.
• Conduct security screening and frisking for female employees and visitors as per protocols.
• Ensure proper visitor management and access control procedures.
• Patrol designated areas to maintain safety and discipline within premises.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity immediately.

VIP & Guest Handling

• Assist in handling VIP guests, residents, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Coordinate with hospitality and administration teams during events and high-profile visits.
• Maintain disciplined crowd management during events and gatherings.

Safety & Compliance

• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, alarms, or safety concerns.
• Ensure adherence to security SOPs, safety guidelines, and emergency protocols.
• Report incidents, irregularities, and violations to reporting manager.
• Assist during evacuation procedures and emergency drills.

Administrative Support

• Maintain visitor records, gate registers, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth security operations.
• Ensure proper communication between shifts during handovers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / HSC preferred.
• 25 years of experience in security operations, hospitality security, corporate security, or residential security.
• Experience in premium hotels, malls, airports, corporate offices, or luxury residential projects preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit with alertness and disciplined conduct.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and security procedures.
