Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lab In-charge to lead our Corrosion Testing Lab. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corrosion testing and laboratory management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the lab, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Develop and implement new methods and procedures for corrosion testing and analysis.

Supervise and train junior staff members on laboratory techniques and protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Maintain accurate records and reports of test results and laboratory activities.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in corrosion testing.

Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including corrosion testing machines.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to corrosion testing and laboratory operations.
