Job Description

Understanding and working experience of Lease Line Technologies
Should have experience in BGP configuration and troubleshooting with strong knowledge in TCP/ IP and OSI models along with understanding of IP SLA, reporting and multicast technology
Timely resolution of calls / incidents related to all network issues within defined timelines.
Troubleshooting on various layers (LAN & WAN i.e. Access, Distribution, Core).
Troubleshooting experience on Cisco Catayst and Nexus Switches with Strong understanding on switching technologies (STP, VLAN, Trunking,Port Security etc)
Securing network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access.
Swift handling of Vendor Management, Asset Management and Provider Co-ordination
Periodic communication with the user for regularly updating work progress on the tickets, service requests.
Regular Patching of all provisioned network & security devices
Support Regular VA scans and its remediation based on the priorities of all provisioned network & security devices.
Network Operations - Network configuration, IP assignment, monitoring, Firmware upgrades, Manage and maintain the Network ISP services, Create & maintain VLAN, Network segments, Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on network & network
