Job Description

• Troubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues using advanced networking and troubleshooting techniques.
• Configure and manage Windows Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) to ensure secure network operations.
• Manage enterprise print servers, drivers, and printer configurations to ensure seamless printing services.
• Perform data recovery, firmware updates, and OS imaging using MDT/SCCM to minimize downtime.
• Conduct bare-metal recovery operations and investigate malware incidents to restore systems and prevent future occurrences.
• Manage BIOS/UEFI configurations and BitLocker recovery to ensure system security and integrity.
• Utilize advanced IP addressing (VLSM, CIDR) and VLAN configurations to optimize network performance.
• Use network monitoring tools to diagnose latency, DNS, and DHCP issues, performing packet capture analysis and tracing routing paths (tracert, pathping).
• Edit and manage the Windows registry safely, applying and troubleshooting Group Policy on client systems.
• Automate administrative tasks using basic PowerShell scripting and manage AD replication and diagnose failures.
• Handle FSMO roles and Group Policy troubleshooting, performing bulk user management via PowerShell.
• Manage DNS in AD environments and delegate control, configuring and troubleshooting firewall zones, NAT, ACLs, and VPN connections.
• Analyze firewall logs to identify and resolve blocked services, creating and managing application-specific firewall rules.
• Manage enterprise AV solutions, including signature updates and deployments, and investigate/maintain quarantine procedures for detected threats.
• Run scans via console and command line, handle quarantined items, and monitor server performance while optimizing it for better results.

• Graduate/MBA/B.E. in IT or related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS administration, including troubleshooting and configuration.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory administration, including group policy management and DNS configuration.
• Familiarity with antivirus and endpoint security solutions, including threat detection and mitigation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
