Job Description

We are offering an internship opportunity for freshers, with potential full-time employment based on performance during the internship period. This position is open to candidates located in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai only.

Job Description:

Support includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, equipment, and software related to mission-critical services.
May require being on call 24x7 to address alerts generated by monitoring systems to ensure timely response to critical client-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve application and networking issues to minimize downtime.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams when required.
Handle hardware and application support concerns.
Provide user data and application recovery support.
Use diagnostic tools to load, copy, and customize OS configurations for deployment.
Assist end users with basic software, hardware, and peripheral operations.
Take ownership of queries, issues, and problems.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for technical issue resolution.
Maintain IT records and tracking systems.
Troubleshoot networking, hardware, and software issues.
