Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Staff - Commi 3 to CDP with expertise in all cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.
Roles and Responsibility
- Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop new recipes and menus to enhance culinary offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in menu costing and inventory management.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commi 3 to CDP in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, including Chinese, Indian, and Italian.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
