Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Apache Kafka clusters in production environments.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Kafka-related issues, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
Perform Kafka installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance activities.
Manage topics, partitions, replication factors, consumer groups, and broker configurations.
Participate in weekly mock drills, incident management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Support business-critical applications and ensure strict SLA adherence.
Work closely with multiple technical teams for issue resolution, deployment coordination, and environment stability.
