Job Description
Company Policy: Fresher's Policy: Package: Starting 3 months salary will be 12500/- Gross monthly and next 9 months it will be 21100/- Gross monthly (for first year) Policy: - 2.8yrs written commitment
Role & responsibilities
- Support the sales team in lead generation and prospect outreach
- Communicate with potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales data
- Assist in preparing proposals and presentations
- Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales members
- Learn company products/services and sales processes
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree (final-year students awaiting results may apply)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in sales and business development
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
