Junior Recruiter IT Recruitment

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic skills, experience, communication, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.
• Meet daily/weekly sourcing and recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
• Candidates who can work from the Dahisar office and are comfortable working Monday to Saturday.

Senior Recruiter – IT Recruitment

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Experience: 3–7+ Years

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement understanding to offer closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, location, and compensation.
• Conduct initial HR screening and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidates through the offer and joining process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
• Handle multiple requirements and prioritize positions based on business needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support and guide junior recruiters when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–7+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong experience in sourcing and screening technical candidates.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and job descriptions.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to work from the Dahisar office, Monday to Saturday.
