A degree level qualification or equivalent with 2-4 years prior experience in a similar position.
Proactively manage factory performance to meet required order specifications and delivery timelines.

Provide excellent service to internal customers, ensuring regular updates and clear consistent communication.
Strategic planner, well organized, proactive and strong time management skills.
Support Merchandiser in managing and developing the merchandising and allocation team.
Develop and manage cross functional relationships communicating strategies as necessary.
Goal Oriented and proactive.
Team player with communication skills.
Helping in follow up with the production team for the orders
Tracking of orders.
Follow up with customers over the mail.
Coordinating with the sr.management for the costing part.
