Job Description
- Assist in execution and supervision of MEP works at project sites.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Review MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting installations.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, and material requirement sheets.
- Track daily site activities and prepare progress reports.
- Support testing and commissioning activities of MEP systems.
- Ensure safety standards and quality procedures are followed at site.
- Attend coordination meetings and maintain project documentation.
- Resolve basic technical and site coordination issues.
