Position: Junior Technician

Experience Required

• Junior Technician (0 - 3 years experience | Freshers welcome)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, repair, and maintain home elevators.
• Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine equipment requirements.
• Test newly installed elevators to ensure compliance with technical and safety specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on mechanical and electrical elevator components.
• Handle electrical wiring tasks with strong knowledge of electronics.
• Maintain detailed logbooks documenting all repairs, checks, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, standards, and building codes.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at all job locations.
• Coordinate effectively with team members; be a quick learner and a reliable team player.
• Take initiative and handle additional responsibilities when required.

Skills & Competencies

• Good verbal and written communication skills (English / Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical circuits.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and polite with a customer-focused approach.
