Job Description

• Job responsibilities include defining requirements, visualizing graphics, and creating layouts, logos, and photos
• Among the many projects, you will work on our brochures, social media posts, hoarding, etc
• It is important for your graphics to capture the attention of those who view them and convey the correct message
• Your ability to translate requirements into the design is crucial

ROLES (DUTIES) & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Identify requirements from design briefs
-Analyze requirements and conceptualize visuals
-Design and submit examples of art arrangements, sizes, types, and styles for approval to illustrate concepts.
-Ideas should be presented as rough drafts
-Utilize software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, CorelDraw and others to create illustrations, logos, and other designs.
-Each graphic should be colored and laid out appropriately
-Ensure that the final design is produced with the assistance of copywriters and a creative director
-Analyze graphics across a variety of media
-Adapt designs based on feedback
-Visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics and layouts
-Assisting with tasks as needed as part of the team\efforts.
-Providing clients with layout and design information.
-Develop the graphic designer\skills and guide him or her.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

-A strong understanding of design and photo-editing software is essential
-The ability to innovate and be creative at the highest level
-Ability to manage time and organize projects effectively
-Detail-oriented and accurate
-Graphic design experience with proven results
-Illustrator or graphic designer with a strong portfolio
-Experience using design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, and Adobe XD).
-Attention to detail and aesthetics
-A strong ability to communicate
-Methodical and deadline-driven work ethic
-It is also an advantage if you have a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Cinema 4D.
2. Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
3. Creativity in bringing static visuals to life through captivating animations.
4. Knowledge of current motion design trends and best practices.
5. Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
6. Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively with clients and team members.
7. Time management skills to meet project deadlines.
8. Problem-solving abilities to overcome technical challenges in motion design projects.
