Role & responsibilities

External Recruitment

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages.
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations and employment contracts.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Internal Recruitment

Promote internal job opportunities across the organization.
Support employee career development and internal mobility programs.
Review internal applications and coordinate assessments.
Advise managers on internal transfer and promotion processes.
Ensure fair and transparent internal hiring practices.
Maintain records of employee career progression and succession planning activities.

General HR Recruitment Duties

Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
25 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
Experience managing both internal and external recruitment processes.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
