Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions and contribute to building effective HR policies and processes. This role involves managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures
•Conduct employee inductions and manage end-to-end onboarding formalities
•Handle exit processes including documentation and exit interviews
•Manage payroll inputs, coordination, and ensure timely and accurate processing
•Address employee grievances and support resolution in a fair and timely manner
•Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and compliance
•Support overall HR operations and continuous process improvements

Requirements:
•Bachelors degree in HR or related field
•4-9 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role
•Good understanding of HR processes and labour practices
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Should be good in Excel
