Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for passionate Java Developer Trainees to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be nurtured to build enterprise-grade web and mobile applications for our flagship enterprise Product Suite, gaining hands-on exposure to high-scale back-end services and client-end interfaces for marquee global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional web and mobile applications.
Write clean, readable, and reliable Java code for backend services and front-end interfaces.
Collaborate with teams to identify performance bottlenecks, debug code, and maintain high standards of code quality.
Build scalable Web APIs for seamless server-side integration.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

Education: Any Graduate (An engineering degree is desirable, but not mandatory).
Training: Good knowledge of Advanced Java is mandatory.
Languages: Good written and spoken English / Hindi communication skills.
Core Skills (Familiarity/Knowledge): OO design, Java, RESTful APIs, Eclipse, and MVC/MVP/MVVM architectures.
Preferred/Bonus Skills: Hands-on familiarity with any of the following is a major plus:

Web & Backend: Angular, JavaScript, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Oracle, or MS SQL Server.
Mobile: Flutter or Android Native development.
