We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Spring Boot Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role requires expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, advocate for software development best practices, and possess deep expertise in secure coding principles and robust design patterns. Key Responsibilities

Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications and microservices using the Spring Boot framework.
Design & Architecture: Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, applying established software design patterns and architectural best practices (e.g., object-oriented programming principles).
Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code. Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and overall code quality.
Secure Coding: Implement and advocate for secure coding practices, ensuring application security and data protection standards are met (e.g., authentication, authorization, data encryption, and addressing common security risks).
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and front-end developers, to gather requirements, define features, and ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects and production issues, with a focus on performance optimization and reliability.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system designs, API specifications, and development processes.
Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated with industry trends and proposing the adoption of new tools and technologies. Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Java programming language and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, etc.).
Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. o Expertise in working with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL solutions like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, ORACLE, MSSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA). o Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
