Role & responsibilites
Electrician
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and breakdowns.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
HVAC Technician
- Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC/AC systems.
- Attend breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance.
- Check filters, coils, refrigerant, motors, and controls.
Plumber
- Maintain and repair water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Attend leaks, blockages, and plumbing breakdowns.
- Carry out preventive inspections and maintenance.
Carpenter
- Repair and maintain doors, furniture, cabinets, and wooden fixtures.
- Carry out carpentry installation and modification work.
- Maintain tools and ensure proper housekeeping and safety.
