Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle voice-based technical support for HP India customers. The role involves assisting users with queries related to personal systems and providing troubleshooting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to HP personal systems and printers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently
- Provide step-by-step solutions and guidance to customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Job Details
- Line of Business (LOB): PC (Personal Systems)
- Work Type: B&M (Work from Office)
- Compensation
- CTC: 21,000 take-home per month
- Performance Bonus: 18,000
Work Schedule
- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
- Shift Timing: Between 9:00 AM 9:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Eligibility Criteria
- Good communication skills in English and regional language (as applicable)
- Comfortable working in a voice process environment
- Basic knowledge of computers and troubleshooting
