About ACS Consultants

ACS Consultants is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and a strong understanding of the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers/clients to clarify requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, references, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and turnaround times.

Required Skills

• 0-3years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• MBA/PGDM in HR or related qualification will be an advantage.
