Job Description

The Broking Company based in Vashi requires IT professional to lead enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and IT transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management capabilities combined with deep hands-on experience in infrastructure, network security, vendor management, and compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure and security transformation initiatives.
VAPT coordination and cybersecurity compliance programs
Manage enterprise network infrastructure including routers, core switches, firewalls.
Lead VAPT exercises and implement remediation strategies.
Manage IT procurement, vendor selection, SLA negotiation, and contract management.
Manage Trading terminals (Money maker, NEAT), Backoffice software, Office M365
Support enterprise storage, server, and backup infrastructure.
Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations, Leadership) for IT planning and execution
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery excellence.
