Dmart Ready is the mobile application through which our customers order grocery and other utility products. We seek to be a one - stop shopping destination for the entire family , meeting all their daily household needs offering value for money. A wide selection of home utility products is offered at an affordable price, including groceries, foods, toiletries, beauty products , garment, kitchenware, bed and bath linen, home appliances and much more. Currently we are present at Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad , Hyderabad and Bangalore locations.

We are hiring a Junior Officer to work in our growing company in IT Infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience on all major type of Operating Systems including Linux
• Solving endpoint related problems, user accounts creation and maintain, block and reset password
• Handle daily technical support activities on Endpoint, Data Network & Server Mgt.
• Address escalation calls
• Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN & Wi-Fi environment
• Installing and configuring Windows Servers 2019 & 2022
• Knowledge in Software distribution, patch management
• Solve problems as they arise, escalating risks and issues in a timely manner
• Confirm and deliver the business outcomes, working collaboratively with your team and stakeholders
• Capable of handling team of technical resources, vendor resources and governance
• Ensure high availability, reliability and performance of infrastructure components through proactive monitoring and maintenance
• Maintain security measures to protect the organizations IT Infrastructure.
