Designing and implementing IT systems and networks
Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for improvements
Managing the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software
Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and problems
Ensuring the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems
Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures
Providing technical support to end-users
Conducting regular backups and disaster recovery planning
Monitoring system performance and making recommendations for improvements
Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the IT infrastructure meets business requirements
Knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, and software applications
Familiarity with IT security and compliance standards
