Skills Required for IT Co-ordinator Job:

Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Skills in the use of computers, Windows based operating system.
Knowledge of planning and schedule techniques
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing for Pan India customers.
Arranging resources and establishing priorities.
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
Ability to resolve difficult customer service issues.
