Job description
- Understand & capture requirements: work with managers, employees, and users to gather, clarify, and document business needs and functional requirements.
- Document & map processes create clear requirement documents, user stories, flowcharts, and wireframes (using tools like Excel, Word, Confluence, Draw.io) to represent processes and system designs.
- Support agile delivery, help manage tasks in JIRA, support sprint planning, track progress, and ensure smooth collaboration between developers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, participate in daily stand-ups, and help resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Conducting daily stand-up meetings, creating MOMs & sharing the same with the required stakeholders.
